Freezer Jam
1 cup of chopped rhubarb
1 cup of strawberries tops
1/8 cup each f raspberries
1/2 cup of sugar
1/8 cup of water
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a large saucepan and cook on medium high heat until everything begins to boil, stirring often, then reduce the heat to a simmer and allow all the ingredients cook for another 20 minutes or until the jam begins to really form.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add to a jar and refrigerate for up to a month or store in a freezer bag and freeze.
