Vegetable Broth

Did you know that you can save your vegetables peelings and make your own, healthy vegetable broth!!
I keep a lot of my veggie scraps that I would normally toss out or compost and boil them down in a pot with water and then strain the peelings and keep the broth!!
It's fantastic for ramen bowls or soup stock, can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks or frozen for later use!
Darn Good Stuff!!
