Carrot Chips

Ever thought of using carrots as chips? It actually pretty impressive and so much healthier for something to munch on or as a nice side dish.

I have only used 2 carrot in my recipe but the recipe is adapted for more.


Ingredients


  • 1 pound thinly sliced carrots ¼-inch thick

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of pink salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce

  • 1 tablespoons of brown sugar

Instructions


Preheat oven at 425 degrees


Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.


Add all the ingredients to a bowl EXCEPT the brown sugar. Mix everything well then add to the prepared baking sheet.


Sprinkle the brown sugar on the carrots to help brown them.


Bake about 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until they begin to brown, if some burn can still eat them or toss them out.
