Don't you just love a quick and easy recipe!! Something that's filling with lots of flavours and healthy, is always easy to toss together and make more than enough to feed a family of 4!
Well that's what you're going to get from this recipe with only a few ingredients and one pot!!
Ingredients
1 can of spaghetti sauce 680 ml
1 tablespoon of garlic purée
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
1 can of 6 beans mix (drained) 540 ml
1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed 540 ml
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1/8 cup of nutritional yeast
1 pack of ground round (I used Yves)
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
In a large pot on medium heat add oil and garlic, cook a few minutes until the garlic begins to brown. Add the chickpeas, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder and nutritional yeast and stir well until the chickpeas are coated, add bean mix and ground round and cook until evenly heated making sure to break down the ground round. After about 5 minutes, pour in the spaghetti sauce and stir well. Add sriracha sauce and stir well again then turn heat in low and allow to simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until fully heated.
Serve and enjoy!! You can top it with some cheese or sour cream. Whatever you prefer. ❤️
Keep leftovers in a sealed container up to a week or in freezer for 3 months.

Darn Good Stuff!!
